A three-time recipient of an International Golden Light Award for photographic excellence, Chris’s original prints are held in many private and public collections including the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Bank of America, and the University of Chicago Art Museum.

Chris has 30+ years experience working in the traditional black and white darkroom, and since 2001 has worked with the latest technologies of digital printmaking. She’s also a skilled teacher having designed and led a variety of workshops at the Vermont Center for Photography, and currently serves as a mentor to local high school photography students.

In addition to her fine art work, Chris shoots for several corporate accounts, incorporating her strong design sense into commercial assignments. From her studio on the Rock River Chris works passionately, combining new and traditional approaches to photography, to create unique, personal, and compelling imagery.
